We are seeking a skilled HVAC/R Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. These systems include, but are not limited to, ice machines, walk-in and reach-in coolers/freezers, rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, air handlers, exhaust fans, make-up air fans, and HVAC/R controls.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical systems as they relate to HVAC/R equipment and controls, with the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
HVAC/R Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of HVAC/R systems.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, management, and customers to ensure job completion and customer satisfaction.
HVAC/R Requirements
- 3–10 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/R maintenance, repair, and installation.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- MA Refrigeration License (preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License.
- OSHA 10 Certification.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R controls and smart devices.
