We’re looking for an experienced Tax Supervisor to join our growing tax team. If you have 3–6 years of public accounting experience, a strong foundation in passthrough entity structuring, strategic tax planning, and a dedication to exceptional client service, this is an outstanding opportunity to advance your career.
Tax Supervisor Compensation
- Competitive salary: $113,000-$128,000

Tax Supervisor Qualifications
- Active CPA license
- 3–6 years of public accounting experience, including at least 2 years working with passthrough entities
- Expertise in preparing and reviewing complex partnership and S corporation tax returns
- Strategic tax planning and consulting experience for real estate, professional services, and investment clients
- Proficiency in UltraTax CS or comparable tax software
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with high-net-worth clients
- Attention to detail in maintaining thorough, review-ready workpapers and reconciliations
- Ability to manage multiple engagements with minimal supervision
- Mentorship mindset, comfortable guiding junior staff
