We are seeking a Front Office Manager for a luxury 4-diamond resort. Previous experience in a high-volume full-service or luxury hotel is necessary. Front Office Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in a team-leading or management role and overseeing front services
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Forbes 4 or 5 diamond hotel
- Being a great teacher and coach
- Experience in resorts and multi-unit operations is necessary
- All aspects of overseeing the entire Front Desk, Concierge, Lobby, Bell Services, and Reservations
- Coaching team members and promoting departmental cohesion
- Prepare annual budgets and ensure that the team is fulfilling hotel service standards
- Maintain and control room inventory and oversee daily operations.
