Chef de Cuisine Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ten years in the industry at a high-end Hotel, Country Club, or Fine Dining Restaurant.
- Have a professional demeanor with members and fellow staff members.
- Ability to produce a quality and consistent product, executing all the details, and focusing on daily operations.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Culinary Degree (Preferred).
