A fast-growing, tech-forward insurance organization is looking for a Premium Audit Recovery Specialist to build and lead a new Workers’ Compensation audit recovery function. What You’ll Do

  • Build and scale a premium audit recovery program from the ground up
  • Analyze WC audit variances and lead recovery efforts
  • Collaborate across underwriting, finance, and carrier partners
  • Hire and mentor future team members
  • Create repeatable processes, reporting, and recovery strategy

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of workers’ compensation premium audit/recovery experience
  • Confident working independently in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Strong communicator with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ready to lead — or grow into — a strategic, foundational role
