We’re seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to lead and manage key HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight and hands-on experience to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient HR operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead onboarding processes to create a seamless new hire experience
- Develop and implement HR policies and best practices
- Support employee relations and organizational development initiatives
- Responsible for full-cycle recruitment
Preferred Background & Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in progressive HR leadership roles
- Prior experience working with ADP
- Time spent in the hospitality industry is given preference, but is not required
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
