Executive Chef – Premier Country Club | Savannah, Georgia

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations at our prestigious Country Club in sunny Savannah, Georgia. Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Develop innovative, Italian-inspired menus using fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Lead, mentor, and train a high-performing culinary team
  • Oversee inventory, purchasing, and budget management
  • Execute high-quality banquets and events

Qualifications:

  • Prior Executive Chef experience in a luxury hotel, full-service restaurant, or country club setting
  • Deep knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine – both traditional and contemporary styles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to excellence, guest satisfaction, and team development
  • Experience with banquet and high-volume event execution
