We are seeking the ideal Director of Finance for our growing restaurant group. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry, then we want to speak with you!

Director of Finance Responsibilities:
- Ability to network and build relationships to improve the efficiency and growth of the business
- Oversee cash flow, capital structure, and fundraising efforts in partnership with ownership and investors
- Effective decision-making skills involve choosing a course of action among options involving uncertainty or risk
- Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor labor, food, and operational costs at the unit level
- Strong problem-solving skills; encourages new, innovative solutions when appropriate
- Provide financial modeling and insights to support new openings, lease negotiations, and development decisions
- Establish and maintain internal controls, risk management procedures, and financial systems
- Ability to take constructive action without relying on directions from others
Director of Finance Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 6 years of previous accounting and finance management experience within restaurants
- Background in financial modeling, reporting, budgeting, and hands-on cost control
- Experience leading financial strategy, planning, and forecasting across multiple restaurant units in the restaurant industry
- Experience working with PE-backed firms is required
- Restaurant 365 experience is required
- Experience leading and managing relationships with bankers, investors, and external auditors
- Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
