IT Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure the maintenance, security, and reliability of IT systems, including backups and disaster recovery plans. Manage and maintain the Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Set up and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and systems.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure systems are running efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
- Train staff on the use of IT systems and best practices.
IT Manager Qualifications:
- Proficiency in various operating systems, networking, and hardware. Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications including:
o Active Directory Administration
o Office 365 Administration
o Entra ID Administration
o Intune Administration
o Ubiquiti OS (Unifi) Administration
o Windows Server Administration
o Windows 11/User Endpoint Administration
o Poker Atlas
o Security Cameras
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist users.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and support
