Our client's rapidly growing and well-established steel erection company is looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager. This role would be responsible for building structural steel frames for single-story, multi-story, mixed-use commercial and warehouse spaces. Pre-construction and planning through the final closing, you must ensure smooth delivery of the final project to a happy client within budget and on time.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

Control and manage personnel, subs, schedules, budgets, and equipment, from pre-construction through final inspection and delivery
Create bid packages, scope of work, estimates, schedules, and documents
Monitor construction for quality of work, cleanliness, and safety while maintaining costs and schedule
Validate invoices for labor and materials for payment
Communicate and maintain good relationships with vendors, building officials, engineers, architects, sub-contractors, and customers

Project Manager Requirements:

General computer skills
Excellent people skills
Valid driver's license in good standing
5+ years of related PM experience, steel erection, preferred
College degree in Construction Management, preferred
