Our client's rapidly growing and well-established steel erection company is looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager. This role would be responsible for building structural steel frames for single-story, multi-story, mixed-use commercial and warehouse spaces. Pre-construction and planning through the final closing, you must ensure smooth delivery of the final project to a happy client within budget and on time.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Control and manage personnel, subs, schedules, budgets, and equipment, from pre-construction through final inspection and delivery
- Create bid packages, scope of work, estimates, schedules, and documents
- Monitor construction for quality of work, cleanliness, and safety while maintaining costs and schedule
- Validate invoices for labor and materials for payment
- Communicate and maintain good relationships with vendors, building officials, engineers, architects, sub-contractors, and customers
Project Manager Requirements:
- General computer skills
- Excellent people skills
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- 5+ years of related PM experience, steel erection, preferred
- College degree in Construction Management, preferred
