Retail Sales Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years retail sales experience
- Must have experience working in a commission-based environment
- Minimum of 2 years experience leading a sales team
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
