About the Role
We’re launching a bold, chef-driven concept with James Beard ambitions — and we're looking for a visionary Executive Chef to lead the charge. From concept to opening day and beyond, this is a rare opportunity to shape a restaurant from the ground up. As our Executive Chef, you will have a strong background in handling exotic proteins and a passion for thinking outside the box with creative, elevated cuisine. Expertise in working with full-blood Wagyu cattle, Bresse chickens, and Moulard ducks, butchering, and dry-aging is helpful. This Chef will build their own team from the ground up and take full control of kitchen operations, setting the standard for an extraordinary culinary experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead menu creation, kitchen design, and team building
- Execute a high-level, seasonal, and story-driven food program
- Oversee all culinary operations, sourcing, and cost controls
- Collaborate on branding, marketing, and growth strategy
- Hire and train kitchen staff
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in progressive kitchens, 3+ as a culinary leader
- Experience in James Beard- or Michelin-level kitchens preferred
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a creative vision
- Strong leadership, systems, and financial acumen
- New restaurant openings
