About the Role

We’re launching a bold, chef-driven concept with James Beard ambitions — and we're looking for a visionary Executive Chef to lead the charge. From concept to opening day and beyond, this is a rare opportunity to shape a restaurant from the ground up. As our Executive Chef, you will have a strong background in handling exotic proteins and a passion for thinking outside the box with creative, elevated cuisine. Expertise in working with full-blood Wagyu cattle, Bresse chickens, and Moulard ducks, butchering, and dry-aging is helpful. This Chef will build their own team from the ground up and take full control of kitchen operations, setting the standard for an extraordinary culinary experience.
