About the Role
We’re launching a bold, chef-driven concept with James Beard ambitions — and we're looking for a visionary Executive Chef to lead the charge. From concept to opening day and beyond, this is a rare opportunity to shape a restaurant from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Lead menu creation, kitchen design, and team building
- Execute a high-level, seasonal, and story-driven food program
- Oversee all culinary operations, sourcing, and cost controls
- Collaborate on branding, marketing, and growth strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in progressive kitchens, 3+ as a culinary leader
- Experience in James Beard- or Michelin-level kitchens preferred
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a creative vision
- Strong leadership, systems, and financial acumen
