Executive Chef
Seeking a talented and driven Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver a standout culinary experience. This role combines creativity, leadership, and operational expertise to bring our brand's vision to life.

Executive Chef Qualifications
- Proven experience in an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, or Executive Sous Chef
- Strong background in budgeting, menu development, and cost management
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team in a high-volume kitchen
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Availability to work at least 50 hours per week
Executive Chef Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of kitchen operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training
- Develop and refresh creative, seasonal menus aligned with the restaurant’s brand
- Maintain top-tier food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Oversee inventory and manage food costs to meet profitability goals
- Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations
