We’re gearing up to open a lively, welcoming American fare restaurant, and we’re looking for an Executive Chef to take the lead in the kitchen. If you’re passionate about great food, love building strong teams, and want to play a major role in shaping a new spot from the ground up, this is your chance.
As Executive Chef, you’ll work side by side with ownership to create systems, train the back-of-house team, and build a kitchen culture that’s professional, positive, and all about consistency and quality.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee all day-to-day kitchen operations
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team to deliver consistent, delicious food
- Create and maintain prep systems, production schedules, and service flow
- Ensure high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and organization
- Manage inventory, food costs, and vendor relationships
- Help shape a smooth and collaborative relationship with front-of-house leadership
- Be a steady, hands-on presence in the kitchen during service
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of kitchen leadership experience (Executive Chef or Sous Chef level)
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Experience opening a new restaurant is a plus
- Solid understanding of BOH systems, ordering, and cost control
- Calm under pressure, with a solutions-first mindset
- ServSafe certified or willing to get certified before opening
