We are seeking a skilled and driven Sous Chef to join our opening team. The ideal candidate will support the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, helping to lead a cohesive team through pre-opening training, menu execution, and daily service. Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of the opening menu
- Support the hiring, training, and onboarding of kitchen staff
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and quality
- Manage prep, production schedules, and line operations
- Uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure proper inventory, ordering, and cost control practices
- Collaborate with FOH leadership for seamless service and communication
- Lead by example during service, supporting cooks and ensuring timing and plating standards are met
- Step in for the Executive Chef when needed
