We are seeking a skilled and driven Sous Chef to join our opening team. The ideal candidate will support the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, helping to lead a cohesive team through pre-opening training, menu execution, and daily service. Sous Chef Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of the opening menu
Support the hiring, training, and onboarding of kitchen staff
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and quality
Manage prep, production schedules, and line operations
Uphold food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Ensure proper inventory, ordering, and cost control practices
Collaborate with FOH leadership for seamless service and communication
Lead by example during service, supporting cooks and ensuring timing and plating standards are met
Step in for the Executive Chef when needed
