Qualifications for Restaurant General Managers:
- Proven experience as a General Manager (3-5 years) in Fast Casual or Full Service restaurants
- A track record of strong leadership and tenure
- Financial expertise with the ability to mentor and oversee financial operations
- Hands-on, lead-from-the-front management style
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Ability to work both FOH and BOH, very hands on!
