Qualifications for Restaurant General Managers:

Proven experience as a General Manager (3-5 years) in Fast Casual or Full Service restaurants
A track record of strong leadership and tenure
Financial expertise with the ability to mentor and oversee financial operations
Hands-on, lead-from-the-front management style
Positive, proactive attitude
Ability to work both FOH and BOH, very hands on!
