We are seeking a Regional Hotel Finance Director for our dynamic hospitality group! This position is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico and will require candidates to live in New Mexico and work onsite in Albuquerque. Relocation assistance provided

Regional Hotel Finance Director Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as in an Executive level Finance Director position
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field- MBA preferred
  • CPA required
  • Experience with both centralized and decentralized accounting systems
  • Very technology savvy- learns and adapts to new programs and systems quickly
  • Experience leading a team of at least 5 accounting professionals
  • Strong desire to live and work in New Mexico

Regional Hotel Finance Director Responsibilities:

  • Consult the Executive Committee and provide knowledge, ideas, and insight related to finance
  • Manage the accounting team with integrity ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
  • Work in concert with technology officers on implementing new systems and software
  • Work in concert with Revenue and Sales departments on yield management
  • Work with leadership on special projects requiring finance
  • Create reports and report directly to owners and investors on everything financial
  • Ensure accurate tax reporting, payment, and timely execution
