Tax Supervisor – CPA Benefits and Compensation:

Tax Supervisor – CPA Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Active CPA license
- 3–6 years of recent public accounting experience, including at least 2 years with passthrough entities
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing complex partnership and S corporation returns
- Experience with tax planning and consulting for clients in real estate, professional services, and investment industries
- Skilled in using UltraTax CS or comparable tax software
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-net-worth clients
- Maintains clean, review-ready workpapers with thorough documentation and reconciliations
- Able to manage multiple engagements with attention to detail and minimal supervision
- Comfortable guiding and mentoring junior staff as needed
