An established Metals Die Casting Manufacturing firm is looking for an Automation Specialist.
The company delivers high-tech, award-winning die castings worldwide to leading OEM manufacturers.
The Automation Specialist Installs and wires automation equipment. Troubleshoots and diagnoses electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic deficiencies of production equipment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Installing and wiring automation equipment.
- Experience Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic deficiencies of production equipment.
- Basic understanding of PLCs
- Previous experience using hand tools, power tools, and hoists/cranes needed
- Able to use calipers, micrometers and other gauges to evaluate production equipment components
Responsibilities:
- Experience in Installing and wiring automation equipment.
- Experience Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic deficiencies of production equipment.
