We’re looking for a skilled and driven Steak House Kitchen Manager with butchery expertise and steakhouse experience to lead a high-volume, scratch kitchen. If you’re confident on the line, excel at breaking down proteins, and thrive in fast-paced environments where precision and leadership matter, this role is built for you.
Kitchen Manager – Steakhouse Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive base salary up to $108,000, plus bonus potential

- Leadership role with full ownership of back-of-house operations
Kitchen Manager – Steakhouse Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Kitchen Manager or Chef role in a high-volume steakhouse
- Culinary degree required
- Proven expertise in butchering and meat fabrication
- Lead and manage back-of-house operations, including line execution and team performance
- Control key metrics: food and labor costs, inventory, and kitchen efficiency
- Build and train a high-performing, accountable kitchen team
- Enforce standards of consistency, cleanliness, and service quality
- Must hold ServSafe Manager Certification
