Kitchen Operation Manager – Steakhouse | Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience in a steakhouse or comparable environment
- Culinary degree required
- Skilled in protein fabrication and expert-level butchering
- Oversee daily BOH functions, ensuring top-tier execution, team leadership, and food safety compliance
- Monitor and control P&L, labor efficiency, inventory, and food cost metrics
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver consistent, high-quality performance
- Must possess a valid ServSafe Manager Certification
