Hotel General Manager – Youngstown, OH
Join a dynamic hospitality team committed to excellence! We are seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead operations at our Marriott-branded property in Youngstown, OH. Hotel General Manager Benefits and Compensation:
• Competitive base salary starting at $100,000+

Hotel General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience in a Marriott-branded hotel
• Proven success in managing full hotel operations: guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and expense control
• Strong leadership skills to recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team
• Ability to maintain strict compliance with Marriott brand standards and operational policies
Hotel General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
• Experience successfully leading hotel renovations or major operational initiatives
• Familiarity with Marriott proprietary systems and guest satisfaction tools
