Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of salaried management experience in a full-service restaurant
- Experience overseeing operations for a restaurant generating $3 million or more in annual sales
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team
- Strong focus on operational standards and attention to detail
- Comfortable leading change and implementing new systems or processes
- Excellent communication, organization, and team-building skills
- A leadership style that embodies integrity, hospitality, and accountability
