We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Beverage Manager to join our leadership team at a high-end, service-driven restaurant. If you're a hospitality leader with deep knowledge of wine and spirits, strong guest engagement skills, and a flair for team development, we’d love to hear from you!
Beverage Director Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a fine dining, high volume restaurant Management role
- Skilled in mixology and beverage program training
- WSET diploma, preferred
Beverage Director Responsibilities:
- Uphold operational excellence across all beverage service areas
- Oversee beverage cost control, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture
- Consistently deliver elevated guest experiences
