We're seeking a licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) who’s ready to make an impact by supporting our financial institution clients with professionalism and care. If you're passionate about insurance and building relationships, we want to hear from you. Bilingual candidates are a plus!

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as a trusted resource for our financial institution clients
  • Address client inquiries and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Clearly explain coverage, options, and benefits to clients
  • Manage renewals, recommend next steps, and follow up
  • Cross-sell and upsell where appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Assist with annual policy reviews and customized coverage proposals
  • Work closely with senior team members to resolve complex needs
  • Monitor key service metrics and ensure high satisfaction

What You Bring:

  • Active insurance license (Property & Casualty required)
  • 2+ years of insurance customer service or account management experience
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Confidence navigating insurance systems and documentation
  • Passion for delivering excellent service and solving client needs
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
