Director of Sales – Boutique Hotel in Coastal Alabama
We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead revenue generation efforts and serve as a brand ambassador for our luxury property. This role is responsible for driving topline growth through strategic market positioning, relationship building, and collaboration across departments, with a focus on promoting our 7,000 sq ft of meeting space and dining venues.
Director of Sales Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- 4+ years sales leadership experience in hospitality, with a strong revenue track record (luxury segment preferred)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan aligned with overall hotel goals
- Identify and engage key market segments including corporate, group, and local partnerships
- Partner with F&B and marketing teams to create compelling packages and promotions
- Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and revenue
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge
- Lead, coach, and develop sales team, setting clear goals and expectations
- Support events and catering as needed, conducting site inspections and managing client relationships
- Serve as an active member of the hotel’s executive team
Director of Sales Benefits:
