We are one of the best-known Florida Independent Living facilities and are looking for our next great team member. This is a great opportunity for a manager looking to get out of the day to day grind of restaurants, with weekends off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day dining operations for an upscale independent living community, ensuring a hospitality-first experience aligned with resident expectations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of 50+ front-of-house staff and 4 Dining Room Managers, delivering consistent training, feedback, and service standard enforcement.
- Partner with senior leadership to elevate the resident dining experience, including service upgrades, personalized meal programs, and continuous feedback loops.
- Direct all recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for dining room personnel, reducing turnover and maintaining a strong service culture.
- Payroll processing, labor scheduling, and budget oversight and cost control
- Ensure staffing levels were efficient and financially aligned with occupancy and resident needs.
