Sous Chef Benefits and Compensation:
- $50,000–$55,000

Sous Chef Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- True culinarian with broad knowledge of global cuisines
- Confident making mother sauces and composed dishes without recipes
- Culinary degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of kitchen leadership in full-service or club setting
- Hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative, quality-driven environment
- Passionate about learning, mentorship, and food safety
