Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- Lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver consistent, exceptional service.
- Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to high standards.
- Train, mentor, and support staff to foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and positivity.
- Oversee service operations with attention to detail, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
