Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver consistent, exceptional service.
  • Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to high standards.
  • Train, mentor, and support staff to foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and positivity.
  • Oversee service operations with attention to detail, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
