Seeking a Michelin-star level Executive Chef for our fine-dining restaurant.
Chef Requirements:
- 3+ years of Michelin experience
- Creative, passionate, and high attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and the ability to lead
- Strong work ethic and capable of working under pressure
Chef Responsibilities:
- Maintaining food cost
- Ability to teach a winning crew flawless menu execution
- Oversee service and expediting from the line
- Expert in using knives and all cooking equipment for preparation
- Comply with all county and state laws governing food service operations
