We are a thriving law firm specializing in commercial lending, and we are seeking a full-time, motivated, and professional Attorney to enhance our team. If you have 2 to 8 years of experience in closing commercial real estate and asset-based loan transactions, we want to hear from you!
Position Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 8 years in commercial real estate and asset-based loan transactions.
- Documentation Skills: Proficient in drafting commercial loan documents, including Notes, Mortgages, Loan and Security Agreements, and revolving and term loan documents.
- Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of title issues, certificates of occupancy, surveys, and related matters is essential.
