Our Mexico based wellness retreat offers transformative, evidence-based holistic therapies. We are searching for a Sales Specialist with strong experience selling wellness retreats. Qualifications:
- Proven track record with at least $5M in sales revenue generated (required)
- Experience selling B2B and B2C – Wellness or Corporate Retreats
- Strong ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Willingness to work on a 1099 basis – 100% commission based
- Strong pipeline management and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with plant medicine (e.g., psilocybin, MDMA) is a strong plus
- Understanding of wellness retreat market and industry trends (preferred)
- Passion for wellness, personal development, and helping others transform
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to expand into new B2B and B2C markets
- Promote proprietary wellness programs and retreat offerings
- Manage and close a steady flow of inbound leads
- Follow up with missed calls and drive outbound when necessary
- Cultivate partnerships with businesses and individual clients
- Offer tailored wellness solutions that meet diverse needs
- Analyze trends and opportunities in the wellness and retreat industry
- Utilize provided media kit and marketing materials to drive engagement and sales
- Position white-label retreats to wellness professionals and organizations
- Confident, driven, and hungry to close deals
