 Accounting Admin Coordinator to support the day-to-day financial and operational functions of our restaurant group. This position will work directly with leadership and serve as the central point of contact between restaurant teams, systems, and our external accounting firm. This hybrid role combines remote flexibility with on-site office work.

 

Accounting Admin Coordinator Benefits and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting support, or office administration
  • Excellent organizational habits and communication ability
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, cloud-based tools, and digital workflows
  • Experience in hospitality or multi-location operations is a plus

 

Accounting Admin Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and update daily cash tracking, reconciliation, and location-level reporting
  • Perform general bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking, and data entry.
  • Manage internal AP and AR, including vendor communication.
  • Coordinate the flow of financial information to our external accountants
  • Maintain organized digital records and internal tracking systems
  • Provide general administrative support, and office coordination.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and process development as needed
