We’re growing fast and need a FOH Manager who can handle volume, inspire a team, and keep both brisket and bourbon flowing smoothly.

What you'll do:

Be the go-to floor leader and guest experience expert

Oversee a high-performing FOH team

Keep our bar program dialed in and profitable

Solve problems on the fly like a pro

Collaborate on strategy and keep operations tight

What we're looking for:

👉 3+ years FOH management (bar experience = big bonus)

👉 Strong leadership and communication chops

👉 Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits

👉 Cool head under pressure and hospitality-first mindset
