We’re seeking an experienced Production Supervisor, Glove Box Welding, to lead multiple manufacturing teams in the fabrication of high-precision glove box systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in custom assembly and skilled trades management.
Production Supervisor Glove Box Welding Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of glove box fabrication teams
- Ensure quality and compliance with ANSI/AG and ISO standards
- Interpret blueprints and work instructions accurately
- Supervise processes including welding, polishing, assembly, straightening, and leak testing
- Drive team performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Production Supervisor Glove Box Welding Requirements:
- 10+ years of manufacturing/fabrication experience
- Minimum 5 years working with glove box systems
- Strong hands-on technical knowledge
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
