Are you a kitchen badass who leads with calm, cooks with passion, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We're looking for a Culinary Manager to help keep the fire lit and the plates full.
What you’ll do:
- Run the back of house like a pro—from prep to close
- Lead a solid team and keep morale and quality high
- Handle inventory, scheduling, food & labor costs with confidence
- Maintain top-tier standards for cleanliness, safety, and consistency
- Work with FOH leaders to deliver a seamless guest experience
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of kitchen management experience
- Strong leadership, low drama, high accountability
- Passion for food (BBQ love is a bonus but not a dealbreaker)
- Cool under pressure, big on communication, detail-driven
