Are you a kitchen badass who leads with calm, cooks with passion, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? We're looking for a Culinary Manager to help keep the fire lit and the plates full.

What you’ll do:

  • Run the back of house like a pro—from prep to close
  • Lead a solid team and keep morale and quality high
  • Handle inventory, scheduling, food & labor costs with confidence
  • Maintain top-tier standards for cleanliness, safety, and consistency
  • Work with FOH leaders to deliver a seamless guest experience

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of kitchen management experience
  • Strong leadership, low drama, high accountability
  • Passion for food (BBQ love is a bonus but not a dealbreaker)
  • Cool under pressure, big on communication, detail-driven
