General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead with a positive, empowering mindset that inspires the team

- Drive operational excellence in sales, logistics, and fulfillment
- Coach and develop staff with a focus on growth and accountability
- Oversee budgets, inventory, and scheduling for optimal performance

General Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of General Manager leadership experience in events, hospitality, or a service-based industry
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
- Strong operational and financial management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating unforgettable experiences
