A premier St. Louis catering company is seeking a Catering Operations Manager to oversee event execution and daily operations. Catering Operations Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of event and catering operations management experience
- End-to-end event planning and execution
- Cross departmental collaboration in both FOH and BOH operations
- Direct client communication and internal team coordination
- Skilled in bid creation, scheduling, and event logistics
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
- Social media/marketing knowledge preferred
