A premier St. Louis catering company is seeking a Catering Operations Manager to oversee event execution and daily operations. Catering Operations Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of event and catering operations management experience
  • End-to-end event planning and execution
  • Cross departmental collaboration in both FOH and BOH operations
  • Direct client communication and internal team coordination
  • Skilled in bid creation, scheduling, and event logistics
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks
  • Social media/marketing knowledge preferred
