Regional Vice President

Territory: Kentucky, Tennessee & Southern Indiana (Remote)

A leading national insurance network is seeking a Regional Vice President to grow its footprint across KY, TN, and IN. This remote, field-based role is ideal for an experienced P&C professional with a strong network and a passion for helping independent agencies thrive.

What You’ll Do

Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of prospective member agencies
Use consultative sales to convert startups and established agencies into network members
Collaborate with internal teams to support onboarding and ongoing growth
Attend industry events and meet face-to-face to build trusted relationships
Close 10+ new agency relationships annually and support their long-term success

What You Bring

10+ years in P&C insurance (carrier, wholesaler, or agency experience preferred)
Strong understanding of agency operations and economics
Consultative sales experience with a relationship-first approach
Based in KY or TN (preferred) and open to regional travel
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline

What You Get

Base salary: $70–90K + significant bonus potential (OTE: $140–150K)
