Are you ready to lead and grow with us? We're seeking a dynamic General Manager to uphold and advance our team-centric culture across two thriving breweries. As a self-starter, you'll hit the ground running with autonomy, fostering a passion for exceptional culture and craft beer.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and mentor staff to enhance productivity and achieve goals.
  • Drive company sales, service excellence, and uphold quality standards.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Manage all aspects of staffing, including hiring and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct weekly management meetings to align operational objectives.
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies and promotional initiatives.
  • Oversee sales forecasting and management.

Qualifications:

  • Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive autonomously and self-motivate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience in a related field.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: $80-90K annually.
  • Profit sharing eligibility after 1 year.
