Responsibilities:
- Develop and mentor staff to enhance productivity and achieve goals.
- Drive company sales, service excellence, and uphold quality standards.
- Cultivate a positive work environment and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Manage all aspects of staffing, including hiring and performance evaluations.
- Conduct weekly management meetings to align operational objectives.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies and promotional initiatives.
- Oversee sales forecasting and management.
Qualifications:
- Strong emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive autonomously and self-motivate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year of management experience in a related field.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $80-90K annually.
- Profit sharing eligibility after 1 year.
- 3 weeks of PTO in the first year, with an additional week in year two.
