About the Role

A global, top-ranked law firm is seeking a motivated attorney to join its insurance coverage practice in Florida. This role involves litigation and advisory work, including analyzing coverage issues, drafting opinions, pleadings, motions, and conducting discovery. Experience with depositions, court appearances, and motion arguments is a plus.

Requirements

  • Admitted and in good standing in Florida (additional state admissions, a plus).
  • Strong litigation background in insurance coverage matters.
  • Must provide a recent coverage opinion
