A Director of Banquets is needed for an upscale hotel/convention center in Austin. We are beautiful property that offers growth, operations support, and a great quality of life. If you are currently a Director of Banquets or Assistant Director of Banquets with a high-volume hotel we would like to speak with you!!

You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Experience overseeing a minimum of 30k sq ft of meeting space
- A passion for over-the-top hospitality and banquet operations
- Experience with managing a department P&L
- A flexible schedule based on business needs
- A passion for developing others and a high level of emotional intelligence
