We are seeking a dynamic and driven Area Hotel Sales Manager to join our growing hospitality team. This role is ideal for a passionate sales professional with a proven track record in hotel sales—especially within Hilton or Marriott branded properties. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue across multiple hotel locations in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive room revenue, group bookings, and corporate accounts.
- Cultivate and manage key client relationships within corporate, group, and leisure segments.
- Collaborate with on-property sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of group events and bookings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the marketplace.
- Use data and reporting tools to analyze performance and identify growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
- Hotel brand experience with Hilton or Marriott
- Proficient in PEP, Delphi, and Opera systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of hotel sales experience, with multi-property or area responsibility preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel locally to hotel properties and client meetings as needed.
