Step into a dynamic food manufacturing environment as a Maintenance Mechanic, keeping our processing, packaging, and conveyor systems running at peak performance.

Maintenance Mechanic – Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and modify production equipment and automated lines
Execute preventive and predictive maintenance
Disassemble/reassemble machinery accurately without blueprints
Log work orders and update PM records
Drive improvements to maximize uptime, safety, and efficiency
Follow GMP/GSP protocols and keep maintenance areas orderly

Maintenance Mechanic – Requirements

High school diploma or GED
5+ years of mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing setting (food industry a plus)
Hands-on experience with packaging machines, conveyors, and related equipment
Proficiency in MIG/TIG welding, metal fabrication, and multimeter use
Ability to read mechanical drawings and equipment manuals
Strong computer skills and independent problem-solving
